Course Details
This is a 1-hour course, led by Dr. Natalie Gentile, MD, geared toward healthcare providers in all fields as well as health sciences students/trainees. This course reviews the general tenants of lifestyle medicine and provides an overview of the current state of health in our country. It also explores epigenetics and the gut microbiome, and how these are affected by our lifestyle habits.

- Empower yourself and your patients to engage in lifestyle change that is attainable and sustainable
- Define epigenetics and how it relates to lifestyle habits such as diet, exercise, and stress management.
