Course Description:  This is a 2-hour live, virtual course designed for physical therapists (ideally those that have completed the other 8 MSK Imaging modules, though this is not required) where participants will be presented with case scenarios that involve diagnostic imaging. Participants will be challenged to determine their actions when managing the start-to-finish process surrounding imaging, ie. from the time it is determined that imaging is needed to the time you communicate findings to the patient, in order to meet the following objectives:

- Understand how to order or recommend imaging studies, including best strategies to communicate with other healthcare professionals

- Determine how to analyze imaging results in sync with radiologists & other healthcare professionals, including both reports AND images

- Understand how to perform appropriate clinical correlation, & determine follow-up testing if applicable

- Understand how to communicate findings to patients in order to achieve the best possible clinical outcome.

Competency Demonstration:  In order to receive continuing education credit, each participant must achieve 70% in a 10-question online quiz after the course (unlimited attempts). If the student fails to achieve 70%, they will be asked to complete additional assignments until remediation is achieved. Once the student achieves this score and completes the course evaluation, a completion certificate will be awarded.
